Welcome to Advia Advertising (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website https://goadvia.com and/or engaging in our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered

We provide marketing services including:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads for contractors and remodeling business owners

Lead generation campaigns

Google My Business setup and optimization

2. Fees and Payment

A $350 onboarding fee is required upfront before services begin.

Clients agree to a minimum contract term of 3 months.

Payments are accepted by credit card only.

We reserve the right to suspend services for late or non-payment.

3. No Refund Policy

All fees paid are non-refundable. No exceptions.

4. Performance Guarantee

We guarantee a minimum of 10 leads per month. However, we do not guarantee sales or conversions. Results depend on your follow-up, sales process, and market factors.

5. Lead Definition and Delivery

A “Lead” is defined as a unique contact including name, email, or phone number, delivered via form submissions or ads. We are not responsible for delivery issues such as spam filtering, email failures, or CRM import errors.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate access to advertising accounts, Facebook Pixel, Google My Business, and any required content promptly. You must comply with all advertising platform policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on goadvia.com, including text, graphics, and layout, is owned by Advia Advertising. No content may be copied, reused, or redistributed without written permission. Clients retain ownership of their ad accounts, Facebook Pixel, and audience data

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the past 12 months. You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of our services or leads.

9. Term and Termination

Services start upon payment of the onboarding fee and continue for a minimum of 3 months. After that, services continue monthly until you provide 30 days’ written notice of cancellation. Either party may terminate immediately for breach.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Illinois law. Disputes will first attempt mediation and, if unresolved after 30 days, may proceed to litigation in Illinois courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
